CAPS runs a computerized
job match program that matches qualified alumni with job openings.
Whenever the office receives a request for a referral service
from an employer, CAPS staff contact candidates whose qualifications
meet the employer's set criteria, brief them about the position
and refer those who indicates their interest in applying to
the company.
