CareerMart 2008

The CareerMart, held
once a year, is designed to promote career awareness among
AUC students. It allows students to meet with top-notch career
professionals - including AUC alumni - in an informal setting
and explore a wide variety of career options. It helps students
to acquire career-related information, learn about job market
trends, and accordingly make well-informed career decisions.
CareerMart 2008 was held
on Wednesday, February 27 from 10:30 a.m. till 1:30 p.m. in
the Science Building Garden. Professionals representing an
array of career fields shared with students their experience,
discussed ways of getting into relevant professions and answered
individual inquiries. It was a unique opportunity to learn
about developing effective career strategies and preparing
for the global job market.
