A bit about us:
Mars Egypt is the Regional office for the North Africa and East Mediterranean Region, made up of 16 diverse countries. Mars Egypt has been operating in Egypt since 2001, and is a growing business that now employs more than 160 associates. Our most recent expansion was the establishment of our manufacturing plant in 2004 and the launch of our locally produced brands Galaxy and Flutes.

Mars Inc., a US$ 25 billion business, of which Mars Egypt is part of, is a family business established in 1911 and has been growing since then and is operating now in more than 60 countries with more than 45,000 associates. Mars operates in four main categories: snackfood, food, petcare, and drinks.

The Mars Technical Academy aims at hiring fresh graduates into technical roles in our Mars factory and over the span of one year rotate them across different functions (Manufacturing, Engineering, and Research & Development). Throughout that year the candidates will be working on different projects with different durations and will be going through basic and intermediate training modules to better enable them to succeed in their jobs. At the end of the year candidates will be taken through an assessment exercise that will along with the feedback from their projects and mentors decide on their future role in the business.
