Referral Services

To fulfill your immediate hiring needs, our Referral Services offer a targeted, cost-effective approach. We facilitate your efforts to reach the right caliber of candidates, among whom you can make your final selections. Confidentiality of information is guaranteed throughout the service. Please note that the service ends once the resumes are referred to the company, regardless of the outcome.

Search and Refer

CAPS runs a computerized search on its databank of AUC alumni who are registered in the office services. We screen potential candidates meeting your specified qualifications, contact them in person and brief them about your company and the available career opportunity. Upon receiving the applicants' consent, we refer the resumes to your attention within one week from receipt of completed forms and relevant payment.

Screen and Profile

This service is designed to facilitate and speed the company's interviewing/selection process. CAPS professional staff conducts effective phone or personal interviews, as appropriate, among candidates identified through the computerized search process. An executive profile report is developed for each referred candidate, highlighting his/her qualifications in relation to the position's selection criteria. The company's request is processed within two weeks from receipt of the completed forms and relevant payment.
