Cairo Microsoft Innovation Center

Cairo Microsoft Innovation Center (CMIC) in Egypt is a newly formed group which sits within the Microsoft Research and Advance Strategy in Microsoft CTO office. Our focus is on Applied Research and Incubation as well as collaboration with local research interests in the Middle East and Africa. CMIC projects are initiated and self directed by the staff and are measured by their success in producing new concepts, economic and business value and ultimately in tech transfer into Microsoft products and services.
