The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is a leading international strategy and general management consulting firm whose mission is to help leading corporations create and sustain competitive advantage with breakthrough thinking, rigorous analysis, and applied creativity. We develop tailored solutions together with clients and support their implementation and establishment. We have more than 3,300 consulting staff in 63 offices in over 37 countries worldwide.

Our consulting process depends on close teamwork between the client’s organization and our staff. Teamwork centres on intensive analysis of objective data and open discussion of logic and conclusions. Objective research of the competitive environment – for example, competitor analyses and capability benchmarking – complement this collaborative work. Clients often remark that a valuable, extraordinary aspect of working with BCG is our firm’s commitment to joint discovery of insights and strategies and our dedication to building the experience base and skills of our client’s organizations.

BCG has been working in the Middle East since 2004 – for many clients across multiple industries. Given the massive growth of the Gulf countries’ economies and the growing interest of our international clients for the region, we are seeking candidates for the positions of Associate and Consultant in our Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices.

BCG hosted a company presentation and interviewing workshop on Saturday, April 21, 2007 in the JC auditorium. The session was presented by several members of top management and consultants from BCG among them were: Armin Schmiedeberg (Senior Vice President), Markus Massi (Recruiting Manager), Mohammad Badi (Project Leader), Daniel Kukla (Consultant), and Daniel Hanna (Consultant). 150 alumni and students attended this session.
