Booth Content:
Each garden booth contains:
- a table covered with table cloth
- 3 chairs
- an electricity outlet
- 2 spotlights
- a sign with the company name on top
Video displays are limited to the booth premises with
NO SOUND playing to avoid interrupting
the discussions between candidates and employers in adjacent
areas. Make sure to bring your own equipment including
required electrical connections.
Corporate Representatives:
Each regular participating company is assigned five invitations
for five corporate representatives. The representatives
are expected to represent their organization during the
employment fair. Sponsors need to refer to the
benefits
agreement for details.
Events of the
Day: The employment fair is from 10:00 a.m. to
6:00 p.m. starting with a reception including lunch. Please
make sure there is a corporate representative in the booth
at all times between 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
